Ramsauへ戻ってからは天気の良い日が続いています。
昨日（10日）はスロベニアのKranjへジャンプ練習に行ってきました。
数シーズン前、ジュニア世界選手権で銀メダルを獲得した
暁斗にとっては相性の良いジャンプ台です。
Ramsauから片道2時間余りの場所でした。
数時間の移動で違ったプロフィールの複数のジャンプ台で練習できたことは
今回の遠征での収穫であったと思います。

又、今日のスピード練習も疲れが見える選手がいる中
個々に充実した練習ができたと思います。
今回の遠征も残り3日間になりました。
最後までしっかり練習してもらい
成果をシーズンに十分発揮してもらいたいと思います。

自分は昨日千歳で行われた道央選手権の５０００Mに参加して来ました
人生２度目のトラック競技で前回より３０秒縮めましたよ
タイムは１７分１７秒でした。
来年は１６分台出せるかな・・・
自分は週末八幡平に行って来ました
八幡平ではスキー関係の指導者と子供達への講演
そしてトレーニングの指導を行いました。
その様子が新聞に今朝の新聞に登載されていました。
昨日は指導者へのジャンプクリニックを行い札幌に帰ってきました。
又、今日はこれから人生２度目のトラックレース（５０００ｍ）に参加して来ます。
ちょっと練習不足で心配ですが前回のタイムより早く走れるように頑張ってきます

私達はInnsbruckでジャンプを飛び終え
再び、Ramsauへ戻ってきました。
好天が続き、雪も溶けましたが
気持ち良く練習できています。
全日本クロスカントリーチームも人数が増えましたが
10月に入り氷河も各国の選手が集まり
今日（8日）からドイツNCチームも氷河で練習しています。
残り僅かになりました。
疲れの見える選手もいますが
しっかりと練習を積み重ねシーズンに繋げたいと思います。
