今日はスティンボードは暖かくなりました。

朝は－６度くらいでしたが日中は０度ぐらいまで上がりました

午前中は試合前最後のスピード練習を行いましたが

暖かかったので身体への負担も少なく良かったです

後は疲れを取って試合に臨みたいと思います

ノルウェーのLillehammerでも週末ワールドカップが

開催されるので結果が分かり次第お知らせします。

今日は久々に自分が写した写真です

ジャンプ台のコーチングボックスから見たスティンボードスプリングスの街です。

日本にはあまりないTバーのリフトでスタート地点に向かう礼留飛（左）と駿（右）です。

駿はパソコンばっかりやっている様に見えますがたまに練習もします

左はゲレンデに雪を降らせているスノーマシンで、右はワックスマンのGerhard Reiterです。

スティンボードの街をバックに選手達です。

今日のスティンボードは晴れましたが－１７度と冷え込みました

でも午前のジャンプ練習も良い条件で飛べましたし、

午後のクロカンのスピード練習も行う事が出来ましたよ

又、こちらは昨日くらいから各国の選手が集まって来て

ようやく試合らしい雰囲気になって来ました

それと今回のホテルは簡単な朝食しかついていないので、

大会期間が始まるまでの４日間の昼と夜は外食でした

（ちなみに大会期間が始まると、みんな大学の食堂で食べます）

下の写真はピザ屋のランチビュッフェで一人６ドルぐらいでした。

サラダバーもついていてどれを食べようか迷っている礼留飛です。

ピザは４種類ありドリンクバーもついていました。

それにスープもついていましたよ！

今日のスティンボードは昨日から降っていた雪は止みましたが朝からず～と曇っています

今日はジャンプ台がクローズなので午後からクロカン練習を行います。

左は背景とかぶっていますが２人の選手達で、右は練習終わるころの夕日です。

今日も午前中のジャンプ練習は良い条件で飛ぶ事が出来ました

２人とも雪上練習２日目ですっかり良い感じになりました。

又、今日はトッドロドウィック選手（バンクーバー銀メダル）も

一緒に飛びましたが２人の方が良かったですよ

トッドはここでの試合に出た後にラムソーでのワールドカップに出場するそうです。

トッドが出るのでレベルが高い試合になりそうです。

今日は到着時に宿泊したホテル近くの夕食とホテルの朝食、

そしてスティンボード到着した時のレストランの食事の写真です

ソルトレークのホテルは朝食だけのレストランなので小さな食堂でした。

左がコーンフレークで右がドリンクバーです。

左がパンケーキで右がマフィンですがどちらも美味しかったです。

写真で見ると美味しそうに見えるかもしれませんが・・・どれもこれも味が一緒って感じでした
