今日もラムソーは良い天気でした
午前中は１００分のクロカン練習を行いましたよ
選手達は少し高所に慣れて着たように感じます。
下の写真は毎日使っているゴンドラリフトの様子です。

ここのゴンドラで一気に標高３０００ｍ近くまで上がります

ゴンドラがスタートしたら１０分ぐらいで山頂です。
ロープだけで登って行くので本当に安全か心配になりますよ(^_^;)

午前中も良い天気の中でクロカン練習をしてきました
でもここは標高が高いので身体が慣れるまで練習の強度は軽くしていますよ。

今日はさっそくラムソーでクロカン練習を行いました。

いつもはもっと雪があって良い状態で練習出来るのですが、今年は暖かくなんとか練習できている状況です。

今日の午前中はガルミッシュでジャンプ練習をして、
そのままラムソーに移動して来ました。
明日はさっそく氷河に行ってクロカン練習の予定です！

全員が初めて飛ぶジャンプ台なので不安そうにジャンプ台を見上げていました。
