今日はParkCityで雪上ジャンプ初飛びをしました

何年ジャンプをやっていても、夏場にどれだけたくさん練習しても、

ほとんどの選手が雪の上での最初の練習はすごく緊張します。

今日は少し風がありましたが良い条件で飛ぶ事が出来てみんなホッとしたようです。

午後からはクロカン練習に行って来ます。

Lillehammerでの試合は前半ジャンプが中止になり昨日のPCRを使用して行われました。

自分達は昨日無事にアメリカに到着しました。

昨日、日本を出発してから２７時間の移動でちょっと疲れましたがみんな元気にしていますよ

こちらは時差が１６時間ありヨーロッパの時の時差ボケよりきついです

でも試合まで少し時間があるのでしっかり調整して良い結果出したいと思います。

又、ここは標高が高いので今日から軽めのクロカン練習で少しずつ体を慣らしていきます。

そして明日からは雪上でのジャンプ練習を開始する予定です。
