今日は午前中ラージヒル、午後からウェイトの練習をしました。

ラージヒルの３本目に記録会を行いました。

記録会の結果は以下の通りですが、こちらに来て渡部兄弟の調子がすごく良いです

今日は午前中ジャンプの記録会を行いました。

結果は以下の通りです。

午後からは標高差１０００ｍの登り１３．５ｋｍのローラースキーを行いました。

平地がほとんどないのでかなり辛そうでした(^_^;)

下の写真ははエプソンから先日発売されたGPS付の時計でのデータです。

この時計を自分も使っていますが操作はしやすいし、画面も見やすいのですごく気に入っています！

昨日の午後からのランニングした場所から見たDoromitti山脈です。

昨日は山に行って走る選手と、ホテル近くを走る選手と別に行いました。

自分達は昨日ドイツからイタリアへ移動してきました。

約8時間の車移動でしたが何のトラブルも無くイタリア（Val di fiemme）に着きました。

さっそく今日は午前中からジャンプ練習を行いました。

日本には無いタイプのジャンプ台なので苦労する選手もいましたが、

風も無く良い条件で練習する事が出来ました

来年の２月にはこの会場で世界選手権が行われるので日本チームの活躍を期待していてください
