自分達は昨日の午後白馬へ無事移動して来ました
移動後はさっそくウエイト練習を行いました
今日はこれからジャンプ練習をして午後はローラースキーを行います。
下の写真は今回新潟でお世話になった勝田屋さんの食事をアップします
これは合宿中のある一日でほぼ毎日違う食べ物が出てきていましたよ

これは昼食で黄色い小鉢は「とろろ」でこれにご飯がプラスになります。
夕食ですがこれにご飯＆お味噌汁がついています

今日の午前中も良い天気の中でジャンプ練習を行う事が出来ました
これで新潟での練習を終了してこれから白馬の方へ移動します
新潟では雷雨もありましたが計画通り良い練習が出来ました

下の方から２０ｍおきぐらいにこいのぼりがあるの見えるでしょうか？

今日の石打は梅雨も一休みで良い天気になりました
午前中はジャンプ練習でしたが軽い向かい風だったのでみんな気持ち良さそうに飛んでいました
でも昨日の午後から行ったローラースキー練習の後半には強い雨が降ってきましたが練習を続行しましたよ
又、午後からは少し暑いですがランニングのペース走を行う予定です。
下の写真はジャンプ台の散水の様子です。
（先週ふじすぽさんから質問があったので散水の説明をしますね）
ここのジャンプ台では２本に１回のペースで２～３分間水を撒きます。
これはアプローチ（助走路）ですが霧吹き状の水が常時出ています。
アプローチの溝の中は凸凹になっていてスキーとの摩擦を減らしています。
素材はセトモノの様な陶器で出来ています。
そしてジャンプ台のカンテ（飛び出す所）の横には睨みをきかすママムシがいました

全日本合宿は今日から新潟県の石打で９日までジャンプ練習やローラースキーの練習を行います。
ここは依然は塩沢町と言う街でしたが合併して石打と言う住所に変わりました。
ここのジャンプ台の事を話すときにはどうしても塩沢のジャンプ台と言ってしまいます。
