今朝の札幌は雨が降っていますが、自分はこれから北海道マラソンクラブの創立３０周年記念行事に参加してきます

午前中は１０名ずつに分かれての駅伝に参加し、午後からは講演を行いその後祝賀会に出席します。

一日一杯の行事ですが楽しんできたいと思います

昨日は全国的に暑かったようですが札幌も暑かったですよ

昨日は大倉山での練習でしたが選手たちも集中力がなくなり良いジャンプが続かなかったです。

昨日プロビジョナルコンペテーションラウンド（悪天候などにより試合が出来なかった場合の予備ラウンド）

が行われて湊が１０位、大斗が２２位でしたと河野コーチから連絡がありました。

明日＆明後日の試合結果も分かり次第お知らせします。

今日も気温がかなり高くなるようなので選手の練習は大変そうです
