これだと飛行機は大丈夫だと思うのでこれから千歳空港に出発します。
そして今週末のワールドカップで良い結果報告が出来る様に精一杯頑張ります！

先日、娘を連れてスノボーに行ってきましたが快晴で気持ち良かったですよ！
今日の午前中は白旗山に行きクロカン練習をしてきました。
自分達は明日ワールドカップ遠征に出発しますが、イタリア到着後は時差ボケのまま
週末に試合があるので今日は少しスピード練習を行い心肺機能に刺激を入れましたた。
又、午後からは天気が崩れて雪が降り出してきました。
明日も雪が降るみたいなので飛行機が予定通り飛ぶか心配です・・・。
今回は朝一番（７：５０）の千歳～成田便で行くのですが、乗り継ぎ時間が１時間しかないです。
もし出発が遅れたら・・・でも心配しても仕方が無いので家族との夕飯でも楽しみます！

昨日はNHKの「どん底からの金メダル」の再々放送が遅い時間にあったのですが、昨日は
NHK総合TVの放送だったので新たに見てくれた人がいて又たくさんのメッセージを頂きました。
昔の映像などを交えてかっこよく番組を作ってくれたNHKさんに感謝してますm(__)m
昨日は札幌の南区にある小金湯温泉まで息子と温泉ランをしました。
家から約１６ＫＭぐらいですが雪で滑るので結構疲れました。
そしてお風呂上りに２人で体重を量ったらほぼ一緒でした・・・身長も同じだし顔まで似て来ました(^^ゞ
また息子は年末年始で部活が休みなのですが毎日自主トレを行っていましたよ。
最近は時間があると一緒に走ってくれるのですごく嬉しいですよ！

又、昨日はスペシャルジャンプの雪印杯が行われました。
結果は優勝が渡瀬選手、２位に吉岡選手、３位に岡部選手でした。
少年組は優勝が小林潤志郎選手で２位に清水礼留飛選手とコンバインド選手が上位を占めました！
ジュニアの選手は着実に実力をつけてきているので将来が楽しみですよ！
では今日から仕事始めの方が多いと思いますががんばって行きましょう。
今朝の札幌（真駒内）は晴れ間も見えていますが、昨日は一日中雪が降り続きました
今シーズン一番の大雪で何度雪かきをしてもすぐに積もってしまい大変でした。
