昨日からニセコ合宿が始まりましたが、こちらはそれ程暑くなくて練習には最高の条件です
昨日はさっそくローラースキーの技術練習を行いました
今回の合宿には約２５人の選手がいて移動等すごく大変ですがみんな一生懸命頑張っています

ストックを使わず下半身の動きをチェックしたりもします
人数が多いのですごい長い列になりますよ
そして練習終了後はしっかり体幹練習もやっています
今日は雨が降らなければ羊蹄山を登る予定です

お盆明けの札幌は日中気温上がりますが湿度が少なく朝晩は涼しいのでまだ助かっています
今日はこれからニセコに行きローラースキーなどのクロカン練習がメインの合宿を行います。
又、今回は日大クロカン＆東海大クロカンと一緒にトレーニングを行います。
クロカンの選手と一緒の練習なので良い刺激になると思いますよ

昨日の練習開始ごろの大倉山は２５度と練習には良い条件でした
又、風の条件も良かったのでみんな気持ち良く飛ぶ事が出来ましたし、範仁の調子も徐々に上がってきましたよ
大倉山は一般の方もリフトで山頂まで行く事が出来ます。
この看板にも中国語と韓国語の説明がありますが本当にそちらの観光客の人が多くなりました
そして山頂ではジャンプ台を見下ろしながら大倉山特製のソフトクリームを食べる事が出来ます
