又、自分は先月会社の健康診断を受けました

少し前に結果が届いたのですが再検査の診断が下されました

１００ｋｍも走れる身体に悪い所は無いと思っていましたがちょっとショックです

結果は心電図と肝機能の再検査でした

数値を見てもどれくらい悪いのか分からないですが、ちょっとお酒を控えようかと思っています

今朝の札幌は曇っていますが昨日は暑い一日でしたよ

昨日の札幌国際ハーフに出場した人は暑さで大変そうでした

自分は作・ＡＣ北海道の応援に駆けつけましたがみんな良くがんばってくれました

又、下の写真は先週末（土曜日）の練習で登った藻岩山から見た札幌市です

今回も綺麗な風景を撮ろうと張り切っていたのですが、またもやガスっていました

この大会の参加資格はフルマラソンで２時間４０分以内、ハーフで１時間１８分以内と

もちろん自分には参加資格は無いです

昨日の宮の森は暑かったです

でも選手達は暑さに負けず頑張って飛んでいますよ

範仁も今週からノーマルヒルのジャンプ練習を開始しましたが徐々に良くなって来ました

又、長野オリンピックの金メダリストの船木選手も意欲的に飛んでいました。

調子の方もかなり良さそうでしたよ

そして東京美装の湯本選手ですが、先日の湊の結婚式ではＡＫＢ４８の歌をアキバ系の格好で踊っていました

それがすごく違和感なかったです

今日は藻岩山での山登りを行い午後はウェイト練習の予定です。
