宮の森
今日の宮の森は最高の条件で練習が出来ました
選手達もK点オーバーの良いジャンプがたくさん出ていましたよ
札幌はだいぶ涼しくなってきましたが、
まだまだ暑い所もたくさんあるので涼しそうな写真をアップします
練習前に選手達に集合してもらいました

国際飛型審判
昨日から全日本コンバインドBチームの合宿ですが、
今日のジャンプ練習の方は山田コーチにお願いして、
自分は国際飛型審判員の講習＆試験を受けてきました
今まで国内のA級の資格はあったのですが、海外のワールドカップや
世界選手権＆オリンピックで飛型審判をする資格は無かったので今回受けました。
試験問題は英語だったので久々に頭を使って疲れましたが何とか学科の方は受かりました
後は実地試験が来年の３月に山形で行われる女子のワールドカップで行われます
落ちない様に少し女子ジャンプの試合を見て研究しようと思います
又、合宿の方は明日も宮の森でジャンプ練習を行い、
午後からはラルマナイでローラースキー練習を行います

１００ｋｍマラソン
昨日は「第一回北オホーツク１００ｋｍマラソン大会」を盛り上げるために参加して来ました。
ＪＴＢの企画に参加して行きは札幌からの臨時列車５両で浜頓別へ向かいました
列車内では浜頓別町長のお話しや物産品の抽選会があったりしました。
自分も車内で参加する皆さんに挨拶をして多少アドバイス等もさせて頂き、
列車内のラウンジスペースでみなさんにメダルをお見せして記念写真を撮ったりしました
その後到着後の前夜祭でもみなさんに挨拶したりメダルをお見せしたりして
今回の大会を少しですが盛り上げる事が出来たと思います
写真は今回一枚だけ写したスタート近くの看板です。
でも結果の方は７５ｋｍ近くでリタイアしてしまいました(^_^;)
今回は招待されて良い結果を出そうと頑張ったのですが５０ｋｍで足が止まり、
その後も回復を期待して７５ｋｍまで歩いたり走ったりして粘ったのですが、
最後は歩いても両足が攣ってしまい完走をあきらめてしまいました
新聞の取材には「来年は必ずリベンジします」と言いましたが、
本当はウルトラマラソンが怖くなりました
50km~60kmの1時間39分はすごく辛かったです・・・。
