午前中も良い天気の中でクロカン練習をしてきました
でもここは標高が高いので身体が慣れるまで練習の強度は軽くしていますよ。

今日はさっそくラムソーでクロカン練習を行いました。

いつもはもっと雪があって良い状態で練習出来るのですが、今年は暖かくなんとか練習できている状況です。

今日の午前中はガルミッシュでジャンプ練習をして、
そのままラムソーに移動して来ました。
明日はさっそく氷河に行ってクロカン練習の予定です！
