この大会の参加資格はフルマラソンで２時間４０分以内、ハーフで１時間１８分以内と
かなりハードルが高くてトップの市民ランナーしか参加できない大会です。
もちろん自分には参加資格は無いです
コースは円山競技場発着で市内を駆け巡ります

昨日の宮の森は暑かったです
でも選手達は暑さに負けず頑張って飛んでいますよ
範仁も今週からノーマルヒルのジャンプ練習を開始しましたが徐々に良くなって来ました
又、長野オリンピックの金メダリストの船木選手も意欲的に飛んでいました。
調子の方もかなり良さそうでしたよ
そして東京美装の湯本選手ですが、先日の湊の結婚式ではＡＫＢ４８の歌をアキバ系の格好で踊っていました
それがすごく違和感なかったです
今日は藻岩山での山登りを行い午後はウェイト練習の予定です。
